StretchLab was created to help increase flexibility, range of motion and energy in people no matter what their age, body type or fitness level! StretchLab Savannah offers one on one assisted stretching and group stretch classes in a fun, open and communal environment. Our one on one stretches can be 25 or 50 minutes long and we offer drop-in or monthly memberships. All of our Flexologists are highly trained and create a custom stretch routine for each member. Our innovative group stretches offer a unique way for members to reach their flexibility goals. Group stretches can be purchased individually or as a monthly membership.

  • Hannah Hunt

    Flexologist

    Hannah graduated from West Virginia University’s Honors College with a Bachelor of Science in Biomedical Engineering in 2020. With a passion for teaching and a background in biomechanics and biomedical science, she spent a year instructing the Anatomy and Physiology Labs at Georgia Southern University. StretchLab has given her the opportunity to expand upon her education in kinesiology while also helping clients reach their health and fitness goals in regards to flexibility, mobility, and range of motion. Eventually she wants to continue furthering her education in pursuit of becoming a healthcare professional. Her research interests have ranged from biomechanics and injury prevention to public health and preventative medicine. Hannah is originally from Baltimore, Maryland and loves to travel and spend time with her Husky puppy during her free time.

  • Justin Santos

    Flexologist

    Justin was born and raised in Rhode Island and moved to Savannah in July of 2017. He now calls Savannah home. Justin is an American Council of Exercise certified Personal Trainer and Sports Performance Specialist. He has been working in the fitness field since 2018. In his free time, Justin can be found playing Roller Hockey or running around with his golden retriever Tango.

    Flexologist

    Katie is a big Gator fan who graduated from the University of Florida in 2019 with a bachelors in Applied Physiology and Kinesiology. She loves learning, and recently began graduate school at the University of Saint Augustine for Health Sciences, pursuing her Doctor of Physical Therapy. In her free time, Katie enjoys playing with her puppy, going on bike rides, and playing pickle ball with her husband. Stretch Lab is the perfect fit because it combines her loves for fitness and self care, and keeps her studies of PT in constant practice!

  • Stephen

    Studio Manager & Flexologist

    Stephen is passionate about helping others find health using functional fitness, diet, and a whole-body approach. As a Certified Personal Trainer for the National Academy of Sports Medicine, it is very important to Stephen to stay informed on the latest technologies for strength building and mobility. He makes it a priority to learn more about how the body works and what makes it move more naturally in light of health, injury, or age-related issues. It is his greatest joy to see clients implementing strategies and techniques that help them live healthier lives. When Stephen isn’t at StretchLab, you can find him practicing Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, strength training at either the beach or Forsyth Park, or teaching his nine-month-old labradoodle, Daisy, how to be a good dog. Stephen is married to his wife, Shannon, and is a “girl dad” with three daughters and a granddaughter. Between being a Flexologist, training, and family life, you can say he stays pretty busy!

  • Leah Wheaton

    Flexologist

    Leah graduated with a bachelors in Kinesiology from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee. While attending college, she was a student-athlete on the track and field team. Her main event was the Heptathlon.. that is 7 different events (100m hurdles, 200m, 800m, high jump, long jump, shot put, javelin throw). Leah’s passion towards health optimization came after multiple serious injuries during her collegiate career. “You only have this one body your whole life.. let’s take care of it together.”
