  Katy Thomas Young

  CEO & Strategist

  Our innovative approach is the result of the experiences of our founder, Katy Thomas Young, who successfully worked both inside marketing firms and as a top-producing sales professional. She witnessed it again and again – advertising and social media engagement piqued consumer interest. It was only when the sales force was also engaged that consumer interest was converted into measurable sales and results. Her belief in teaming a company’s “Inside Voice” with their “Outside Voice” to generate sales gave her the courage to start Bloom Consulting. And, time after time, client after client, we consistently deliver exponential and sustainable returns.

  Ciera Wilson

  CORPORATE EVENT COORDINATOR

  Ciera’s love of organization and planning has followed her for as long as she can remember, and always carries over into her work. Working for the YMCA and GE, it gave her the opportunity to develop, plan, implement and promote programs for members and the community. Through this avenue, it piqued her interest in coordinating events of many types. Ciera has the qualities of a successful event coordinator through ingenuity in identifying and solving problems, organizational skills, effective time management, effectively communicating with a multidisciplinary team, ability to multi-task and responsiveness to her clients. She looks forward to the planning and effort it will take to make your event successful and memorable.

  Jocelyn Smith

  DIGITAL MEDIA PLANNER

  Jocelyn’s expertise spans across many different areas. As a Strategic Media Buyer/Planner for 6 years, Jocelyn has worked on every possible outlet you can think of. From digital to traditional, to PR to organic; Jocelyn has the knowledge to understand a business’s needs and be able to sit down and plot out a solution. Although Jocelyn’s passion is talking to clients to come up with a plan, she is not afraid to get her hands dirty to get into any platform and place any ad! With Jocelyn having been in the industry for as long as she has, she has been able to work on almost every type of client imaginable: healthcare, mental health, pharma, insurance, post-secondary education, liquor, retail, restaurant, agriculture equipment and much more as this was just her list of clients this year!

  WEB DESIGNER

  With over a decade of design industry experience, she’s made waves in the marketing world for an array of mind-blowing tech products, from 3D printers to action cameras, drones, and more! Beth’s expertise spans both digital and print design, with a knack for crafting captivating visuals that leave a lasting impression. She’s also a wizard in front-end development, building and maintaining stunning websites from scratch. Beyond the pixels, Beth’s passions include indulging in all things crafting, cheering for her favorite football team, conquering Spartan races with grit and determination (AROO!), and sharing adorable moments with her three adorable miniature pinscher pups. Get ready to be inspired by her remarkable creativity!

  Greg Epley

  CREATIVE DIRECTOR

  Greg is a highly effective, award-winning advertising and marketing storyteller with over 25 years of experience in various industries. As Creative Director, Greg is the leader of a diverse and skilled team of designers, strategists, videographers, and photographers. The expertise he brings to the role truly make Bloom a full-service agency.Before joining Bloom, Greg was the Senior Director of Creative Services for C2 Strategic Communications, one of the largest PR and Marketing firms in the Louisville, KY. Before his work at C2, Greg was the Creative Director for L&N Federal Credit Union, one of the largest credit unions in the state of KY. He has also worked for agencies whose clients ran the gamut from financial, healthcare/medical, education, transportation, and corporate. A “unicorn” in the design world, Greg’s skill set includes all facets of design – traditional print, video, web design & development, and digital.Born and raised in Western Kentucky, Greg is a graduate of Murray State University (Go Racers!). He and his family enjoy traveling, especially visiting Disney World. Outside of work, Greg enjoys building things (cabinets, decks, and anything else his wife dreams up), playing & watching sports (especially basketball), and plays guitar on his church’s worship team.

  Wayne, brings over 6 years of professional experience, mastering the art of cinematography, filmmaking, storytelling, video and photography, and video and photography editing. His academic journey in filmmaking culminated with a degree from Clemson University. His videography and photography skills are unparalleled, capturing moments and emotions in a way that leaves you breathless. What truly sets Wayne apart, however, is his deep understanding of what it takes to turn a client's vision into reality. He doesn't just capture moments; he creates experiences that resonate with the audience, leaving a lasting impression. So, whether it's a heartwarming story, a corporate video, or a breathtaking photograph, you can trust Wayne to deliver excellence every single time.
